Please read our terms carefully to understand our policies and your rights as a customer

1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Ecoservices, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we ask for the following:

  • Bookings can be made online, via phone, or email.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least last night in advance.
  • No-shows or cancellations on arrival may be charged the full service fee.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise arranged.
  • We accept cash, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards.
  • For services over $300, a 30% deposit may be required at time of booking.
  • Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee / Re-clean Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with the service:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of the clean.
  • We'll return to re-clean any missed areas free of charge, subject to our terms.
  • This policy does not apply to issues reported after 72 hours or to areas not included in the original service.
  • For bond cleaning, we offer a 100% Bond Back Guarantee aligned with real estate standards.

4. Service Terms & Scope

Our cleaning services include the general tasks listed on each service page. Please note:

  • We do not move heavy furniture, or clean areas that are hazardous or unsafe.
  • Clients are responsible for clearing personal belongings before our arrival.
  • Extra services such as steam cleaning, pest control, and pressure washing are available upon request at an additional cost.
  • Cleaning heavily soiled properties may incur extra charges.

5. Property Access Policy

To deliver your service efficiently, we offer flexible access options:

  • You may be home, leave a key, or provide an entry code.
  • If you will not be present, please ensure access is arranged in advance.
  • Our team will secure your property upon completion if instructed.
  • Please inform us about pets, alarms, or restricted areas.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your data.

  • We collect only essential information (e.g., name, address, phone, email) for booking and communication.
  • We do not share your information with third parties unless legally required.
  • All data is securely stored and protected.
  • You can request your data to be updated or removed at any time by contacting us.

7. Insurance & Liability Policy

  • Ecoservices is fully covered by public liability insurance.
  • While we take the utmost care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or fragile items not disclosed beforehand.
  • Please notify us in advance of any delicate surfaces, fixtures, or valuables.

8. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are refundable with 24+ hours notice of cancellation.
  • No refunds are issued for services already performed, except under the Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days where applicable.
